Title: Pearblossom Highway
David Hockney is an amazing artist and painter. He is well known for his collages of images or "joiners" He used two main techniques to create his collages. He first would have the subjects move around and photograph them from the cameras perspective, but later on in his works he would move the camera around his subject.
I chose his image pearblossom because I find it simple but beautiful. It is amazing how he collages multiple photos but still keeps the depth in the image.

ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! I like that all these images are composed of real life but I get a sense of a cartoon characteristic vibe, due to the edginess of the photographs all composed as one.
